      How to use your subdomain for Digital Links

      Mask your Digital Link's URL with your brand

      You can use your subdomain to mask your Digital Link's URL. Example: your.subdomain.com/01/...

      First, you have to set up your subdomain with your DNS provider:

      1. Log in to your DNS provider and navigate to the DNS Management page
      2. Add a new record type "CNAME"
      3. In the "Host", "Name" or "Subdomain" field, enter your subdomain. For example, if you want to create the subdomain "qrs.my-domain.com", your CNAME host would be "qrs". Root domains (my-domain.com) or "www" prefixes are not allowed
      4. In the "Destination", "Target", "Points to" or "Value" field, enter "whitelabel.digitallink.ai"
      5. Leave the TTL field as is

      After setting up the subdomain, contact us via chat or email to continue with the process.
